Job Summary

As a part of the Bruno Total Home Performance team, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality workmanship, every time. By working closely with the operational team, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.

The Windows Sales representative position sells the organizations products and services by interacting with established clients, developing new prospects through self-generated leads, and following up on referrals. Performing sales presentations in an in home environment is an essential part to this position. 



  • Conduct sales presentations to prescheduled prospects and existing customers
  • Maintain sales volume at or above established targets and standards
  • Process daily and weekly paperwork for all sales activity with results 
  • Process orders accurately and provide additional documentation as needed to complete order
  • Identify and advise Manager of finance lending and competitive activity in territory
  • Attend weekly team sales meetings
  • Attend on-going training and educational programs in connection with professional development
  • Work with management to insure contract modifications are approved and processed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Provide a first-class experience to all customers by being on time, presentable, and ready to get to work with a good attitude.
  • Perform work in a timely manner while keeping up with high quality workmanship.

  • Attention to detail is critical in the field and in the workplace.


  • High School Diploma/GED. Prefer bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
  • and experience desired
  • 2 years of demonstrated prior in-home sales experience desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Able to accurately measure using provided tools 
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close business face to face 
  • Ability to learn technical aspects of Windows and Siding products and installation methods
  • required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and solve problems rapidly desired
  • Ability to respond to commonly occurring problems and situations for which standards, procedures and/or precedents exist
  • Able to calculate numbers with a strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong listening skills with a solid work ethic required
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
  • Environmental / Physical Surroundings:
  • Physical exertion, including walking, lifting, bending, squatting, climbing and other motions, area regular part of this position
  • Outdoor temperatures to include variance between below freezing and above 90 degrees
  • Getting in and out of a vehicle multiple times per shift is a regular part of this position
