Help Desk Specialist

This position is not a remote Applicants must live within driving distance of our Bonita Spring Office

Daily Responsibilities 

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of Mac/PC systems, mobile devices, and office printers for employees.
  • Fielding any and all walk-up support requests from co-workers.
  • Onboard all new hires including provisioning of laptops, monitors, devices and peripherals.
  • Create FAQ and maintain a Knowledge Base. Install/test/troubleshoot applications.
  • Support and maintain a VoIP Phone System.
  • Network support and performance assessments
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
  • Assist in scaling support for a rapidly growing company

Here are the position requirements

  • 2-years field experience in IT Help desk appreciated Great people skills are a must
  • Proficient understanding and knowledge of VOIP system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2016
  • Proficient with Active Directory 
  • Proficient with IOS 
  • Proficient with MEMDM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Working Knowledge Sphere 5.5
  • Working knowledge Windows 2012 R2
  • Proficient withAndriod Lollipop 
  • Zen Server understanding is a plus
  • Be driven to solve people's problems and make their day. Have a “knack” for technology.
  • Be able to figure out any system and learn on the go. Window/Mac System Support and Troubleshooting experience.
  • Multi-tasking flexibility – able to work on a variety of projects, adapting to evolving systems and company needs.
  • Seek to apply technology and innovation to improve efficiency and solve problems.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and concepts.
